Pride and Prejudice :)

Oooo my 90th Post.
It's Super Important
You might think this is a movie review, alas, it is not.  I haven’t watched Pride and Prejudice lately, but now that the thought’s in my head, I might have to :). Perhaps twice ()?
Anyway, I’m posting because there is this awesome Youtube Channel called LizzieBennet.
Yupp, this is the 2012 Vlog of Jane Austen’s character Elizabeth Bennet.
I know right?
I love it because it is chronicling the book with a modern twist.  At times, it does seem too scripted, but it is so funny and adorable that I cannot get enough.  The clips are usually only around 3 minutes so they are a great little video to brighten your day.  The .gif above is from an episode, and below is episode one.
The most recent one was Ep. 17. So catch up!
Oh, and since I am talking about Pride and Prejudice, which might be my most favorite novel of all time, here is my review from Goodreads.

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Pride and PrejudiceThis novel makes me laugh, oh my goodness does it make me laugh.  I mean this in the best way.  I love Jane Austen’s wit and sarcasm.  I wish we had Jane Austen to comment on today’s society!  The clashes between upper and lower class, the spectrum of pride and prejudice, the characters, all of these elements make this novel absolutely brilliant.  I especially connect with the sisters and the familial relationships.  Stories about big families are great because they demonstrate how different personalities interact with each other.  Even though they are different they still love and care about each other.  I also especially love the contrasts of Darcy, Jane, Lizzie, and Bingley.  I’m a big believer in opposites attract, and these characters are perfect examples.  Their personalities are opposite, and yet they are so similar as well.  I personally am more like Darcy and Jane, quiet, shy, modest. Interestingly,  I usually get along best with talkative, outgoing people.  Of course, there is overlapping, but I really love these dynamics in the novel.  I don’t care if this is a romance and real life isn’t like this; this novel is inspiring and has so many lessons for society still!
