Suprises!

Hooray for Memorial Day!
Yupp, that rhymed.  Guess who came to visit me for Memorial Day?
My Family.
Guess who didn’t know they were coming?
Me.
Sure Memorial Day with my housemates would have been fun, but Memorial Day with los hermanos is just so much better.
My mom and brother were texting me Sunday, and my sister tweeted something about missing people, but I had no idea that they were related.  I was just confused about my brother messaging me when he was supposed to be at a party at my Aunt’s.  Then my mom asked me what I was doing.  When they figured out I was in my house they sent me this picture.
I saw the sign that meant they were at a college building, and then I said, “Is that my house?”  Like it being my house was all that different form them being on campus!  Then I slowly walked down the stairs and saw them standing outside.  It was such a great moment!
After we reunited, we went on a ghost tour.
This is my ghostly image.

The two youngest kids slept in my room Sunday night.  Thank God my roommate didn’t mind because they were dead set on sleeping with their big sister 🙂

On Memorial Day, we went to breakfast at LD’s (yesssss) and checked out some battlefields.  Then we swam before lunch to cool off.  For lunch, we had a cookout in the yard at my house.  Mmmmm.
Then was the parade!
It was pretty cool.  I get all emotional when I see all those old veterans.  Oh, old people.

My brother brought me my new camera! Woohoo.  He shot some cool videos, but mostly he spun around in circles.  This was the best one.  I can’t wait to get it in a lake.

I hope you had a great weekend!
Love more, enjoy more.
