My first Saturday alone.

So after a week of working at the office, I have my first weekend!  It started off really great last night.  Myself, a bunch of people from my house, and a couple of their friends played Taboo!  It might seem simple to you, but I haven’t really had too many experiences like that in college yet.  So it was a big improvement.
Anyway, I think I may have got a little sun today.
 Oops.
It was super hot gorgeous out.  Luckily, I borrowed two books from the library yesterday; so I had something to do while I laid out.  I do have a pile of NatGeos that have been sitting around for about six months, but I needed a good ol’ story, ya know?
So, I got through a chunk of The Glass Castle by Jeannette Walls.  It is very good, and I think I’ll finish it tomorrow.

After I read, it became overcast and thunder started rolling.  It didn’t rain that hard, but it sure did smell good! I made myself dinner, and let me tell you, having to actually cook for myself is sort of interesting.  I do it at home, but on campus it is different.  I’m limited to what I buy…how odd.

Hello dinner.
Pepperoni and mozzarella cheese on two eggs.
I also snacked on Doritos.  Good thing I worked out yesterday. 😛

I want to go on a run tonight.  It might be a little late, but I didn’t move too much today.  I mean, I sat and read.  All day.  However, I did spend two hours in the sun, and that was very draining, very draining indeed.
Right now, I have a little fan blowing on me and the night air smells so fresh.  I think a run would be nice.  I’ve been telling myself to start running again.  It’s on my 20 things list.  I tell myself to do just fifteen minutes, and as I progress I’ll add more.
It’s tough though.  I’m still adjusting to not having sports to depend on my physical activity.  It’s a struggle.

Oh, I changed my design; I hope you like it!
