All I could think of was Smalls voice from The Sandlot saying “PF Flyers” What a great movie. Honestly, I didn’t think it was that great for awhile, but eventually I thought to myself, this movie epitomizes suburban/ rural childhood in America and is just awesome.
It doesn’t even matter that it seems kind of sexist (the follow up movies tried to make up for the lack of female representation), guys love it because they wish they were these kids friends, and girls love it because it’s a bunch of cute boys playing baseball and being funny.
