I’m glad

I’m glad I started this blog even though I have so few followers.  I’m taking a class on Food, Culture, and Globalization, and I’m working on my final paper in which I’ve decided to discuss food in Ghana.  I’m revisiting the shea fruit and groundnuts (peanuts).  It is still a work in progress, but it is always interesting to return to experiences I had in Ghana and see what I can make of them now.  The experience lives with me.
