Fitness Friday

because I really need to get my butt back into a routine, I’m doing this link up from Frikken Duckie.  I think this is a great idea to inspire each other. If I want to accomplish my 20 Things I need to face my fitness head on! lol

This week I went on my first run in a couple of weeks.

The hardest part was getting my butt out the door! 

My greatest accomplishment this week was becoming more comfortable in my own skin.

Okay, I felt guilty because I know I could be doing so much more.

Next week I’m gonna try to run at least four times and try to increase the length of my run. I hope to start by running regularly then adding in some jump roping, yoga, and other muscle toning exercising.  I am so inconsistent either from boredom or lack of motivation.

  1. Hey there! Thanks for linking up! Congrats on getting that first run in! I know the first step is usually the hardest for me. Like deciding whether to watch tv or to get off the couch and do something. Hopefully you find a routine that inspires and motivates you to workout more through our linkup!
